Returns policy
- *Custom-made items cannot be returned (backgrounds more than 200×60 cm, all products cut in 2 or more pieces, Nyasa backgrounds, Heavy Modules, XL rocks, Slimline XL, Amazonas XL, Laona, Rainforest Roots, Red Sea, Lege Artis sets of modules and all ARSTONE products in Grey Gneiss/Alpenkalk/White colours);
- All the claims for cancellation must be sent to us by email within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, including order number;
- Please send back returns to the below address: AFstyle s.r.o., Podlesi 289, 47123 Zakupy, Czech Republic. Returns sent to a different address will not be accepted!
- We accept returns in the unused condition in the original intact package;
- The customer pays the shipping costs for returning the goods;
- Returns must reach us within 2 weeks from the date of official cancellation by e-mail, so we advise you to use express or priority delivery methods;
- If the goods come to us damaged during transportation we will not refund them, so we advise you to fully insure the goods and mark the parcel as “fragile” when returning them;
- Shipping costs or bank transaction fees will not be refunded;
- After we get the goods and check them, you’ll be refunded within 14 days;
- Only individuals from the EU can return ARSTONE products within 14 days.
